Bonus : 13th salary

End of year is approaching, should you be entitled to a bonus or 13th salary?

In Switzerland, there is no general regulation that obliges employers to pay a bonus or a thirteenth salary to their employees. However, some employment contracts or collective agreements may provide for the payment of such a bonus. In this case, the employer is obliged to pay it in accordance with the terms of the contract or the collective agreement.

It is important to check the terms of your employment contract or the applicable collective agreement to determine if you are entitled to a bonus or a thirteenth salary. If these elements are not specified in the contract or the collective agreement, it is unlikely that you are entitled to such a bonus.

904L steel, used almost exclusively by Rolex, offers a higher resistance to corrosion and a unique ability to take a exceptionally bright, mirror-like polish. Titanium provides incredible strength with featherlight comfort, ideal for large, tool-oriented watches.
